Our promise of 3rd party logistics expertise is based on:
- All customer orders are processed daily through to our warehouse.
- All customer orders are freighted daily using a nationwide courier network.
- Our courier network gives us flexibility as we use three carriers, this means that we have differing pick up times which advantage our customers’ delivery cycles.
- Customers’ orders are mostly supplied over night in the North Island and next day to the South Island, except the lower South Island which is dependant on the fulfilment of delivery over Cook Strait.
- We can deliver in emergency situations by using airfreight New Zealand wide.
- Bulk shipments are co-ordinated using freight forwarding carriers as are some product lines whose size & dimensions demand this solution.
